Are you ready? Well, 2019 is already history across most of the world. A new year usually starts with some new commitments and many of us think of the new year as a time to change our focus and get back on track on actions we didn’t take the year before. These actions probably include getting physically and mentally healthier and stronger, taking a closer look at our finances, looking for a more challenging job or doing some stuff around the house that we’ve been putting off.
